How long does it take, and what does shipping cost?
I make your piece within 1–3 days and post it from Berlin.

Orders over €35 go tracked (I email you the number), smaller ones go as an untracked letter, and orders outside the EU may have customs fees.
In what order do the charms go on?
Left to right, in the order you pick them, just like the preview shows. Want something different? Leave me a note when you build your piece, or in the bag before checkout.
What is a charm holder?
A little clip that hangs from the middle of your chain, with up to 5 charms clustered on it. It’s free, and you can open it to swap charms later.
Can you send it as a gift?
Yes. Every piece can be gift-wrapped for free, and I’ll write your message by hand on a card in the box. Just switch on gift wrap when you build your piece or in the bag.
What is it made of?
Chains and charm holders are stainless steel in silver or gold tone, and each charm’s finish and code (like BW-021) is shown in the picker so I know exactly what to thread where.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned, but if anything arrives damaged, write to me and I’ll replace it.
What lengths are there?
Bracelets come in 15–20cm (17cm fits most wrists; measure yours and add 1–2cm) and necklaces in 35–60cm (40cm sits at the collarbone).
How do I look after my jewellery?
Take it off for showers, swimming and the gym, and keep it in its pouch so it stays shiny for longer.
